Hannah earned her M.M. Degree in Oboe Performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Central Michigan University. Her primary teachers include Lindabeth Binkley, Mark Ostoich, and Dwight Parry.

Hannah Wetherholt is an oboist currently based in Detroit, Michigan. As a freelance musician, she has performed with orchestras across the Midwest, including the Richmond (IN), Springfield, Lima, and Flint Symphony Orchestras. In 2019, she was a featured soloist with the University of Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, performing Oboe Concerto in C minor by Benedetto Marcello. During the summer of 2017, Hannah performed at the International Double Reed Society Conference in Appleton, Wisconsin as part of a collaborative presentation on French Baroque music. Hannah has performed with high profile popular artists, including the Grammy-nominated world tour of Ancient Land with Celtic Woman.
